For clients who have their email bundled with their hosting account, you will need to manage them through your cPanel account.
In order to configure your email clients, you will need to do the following:
- Login to your cPanel account : http://YOURSITE.COM/cpanel
- Enter your username and password. If you need assistance with retrieving your username and password, do contact support.
- Scroll down to the “Mail” section and select “Email Accounts“
- Select “More” beside the account that you would like to configure.
- Under Auto Configuration Scripts, you can select your desired application to sync with.
